Return Policy

Please Note:

  1. Customer Approval Before Shipping: All products are approved by the customer before they are shipped. Customers will be sent an email with a first draft of their collage from Collage's By Coryn's email, you will then be able to reply and give feedback for a second final draft to be done. This approval process ensures that the customer is completely satisfied with the product as described and presented. 
  2. No Returns: Due to this thorough approval process, there are no returns once the product has been shipped. 
  3. Final Sale: All sales are considered final once the product has been shipped. Please carefully review your order and communicate any concerns prior to shipping.

Exceptions:

  • If the product received does not match the approved specifications or is defective upon arrival, please contact me via email (returns@corynscollages.com) within 5 days of receiving the product. I will work with you to address the issue promptly, and help to issue you a non-defected product.

Pre-Shipping Refunds

Refunds Before Shipping:

  • Customers are eligible to receive a full refund at any time before the product is shipped.
  • To request a refund before shipping, please contact me via email at refund@corynscollages.com. Include your order number and any relevant details in your email to expedite the process.

Post-Shipping Refunds

Refunds After Shipping:

  • Once the product has been shipped, refunds are not permitted.
  • This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of quality control and customer approval processes.
