Please Note:

  1. Customer Approval Before Shipping: All products are approved by the customer before they are shipped. This approval process ensures that the customer is completely satisfied with the product as described and presented.
  2. No Returns: Due to this thorough approval process, there are no returns once the product has been shipped. 
  3. Final Sale: All sales are considered final once the product has been shipped. Please carefully review your order and communicate any concerns prior to shipping.

Exceptions:

  • If the product received does not match the approved specifications or is defective upon arrival, please contact me via email (returns@corynscollages.com) within 5 days of receiving the product. I will work with you to address the issue promptly, and help to issue you a non-defected product.
